Refund on custom wrap will depend on the reason and condition of each item. Because the custom wrap does not alwaycome from a brand we trust and use, we may not be able to guarantee the quality of the custom wrap. We can however offer to replace the custom wrap with one of the color and brands we use and trust to satisfy our non-custom order guarantee instead.
